We are gearing up for another fun challenge. For the month of December we are focusing on keeping ourselves "in check" through the busy Holiday Season.
Each day we are challenging you to do the following:
- Exercise for at least 30 minutes per day
- Follow a healthy meal plan you enjoy and know you can do, or follow ours
- Spend 10 minutes per day journaling your thoughts
- Drink the recommended amount of water for your body weight
We are hosting this challenge for FREE. You have the option to purchase this kit if you want to some items to help you complete the 30 day challenge.
