We are hosting a Wellness Challenge for the month of October. Since October is Breast Cancer Awareness month the wellness challenge will be themed towards breast cancer prevention. Each day will be something new and exciting for you to do; you can expect mind, body, and community challenges.
Research has come far, and there are things you can do to reduce your risk of developing cancer, heart disease, and numerous other chronic diseases. We will share our findings with you and challenge you to try some the prevention techniques.
