December Challenge!

We are hosting a December Wellness Challenge and hope that you will join us! 

The goal: 

• Keep you feeling good and calm through the Holiday season
• Guide you to not over-do it this holiday season
• Motivate you to move your body daily and eat good whole foods. 

This challenge is FREE to anyone that wants to join.  We are offering a kit to help you get started with the challenge.  Order by the 20th of November to ensure you get your challenge kit in time. 

The kit includes: 

• 20 oz glass water bottle (you can choose what color you would like)
• journal
• December calendar so you can check off each day you complete the challenge; also a welcome packet with some fun ideas and suggestions for you to try
